The final numbers for the 2004-2005 television season have arrived. Officially, Joey finished the season as the #40 primetime series on television with an average of 10.2 million viewers. However, this figure does not include the first two episodes, which aired before the official start of the television season. After including these episodes, Joey actually finished as the #35 program with an average of 10.7 million viewers. Among only new episodes, Joey averaged 11.7 million viewers. In the struggling genre of sitcoms, Joey finished #3 for the season.

1. American Idol (Tuesday) - 27.3 million viewers
2. CSI: Crime Scene Investigation - 26.6 million viewers
3. American Idol (Wednesday) - 26.1 million viewers

Here we are only in the middle of the season, and I managed to miss a few episodes ... was it a good season? Did the finale air already?

Oh, and is being #40 a good thing or relatively bad? (seriously)
